As Ohio has just been covered in snow, I am wondering is it July yet!
Things are moving along here. Bobby is busily making Jamboree plans. Please see the “What to Bring” page so that your club knows what to bring and share. This years theme is Back to the Basics – Building Better Booster Clubs! As always, bring samples to show (tempt) other clubs.
Bobby has not release too many of the tantalizing plans to me; I think he thinks I will let it leak….Okay, maybe he is right. Just between you and me, Bobby did say we will be doing the gift basket raffles!! I cannot wait to see those gift baskets, there is always something so good!

I will add a few things to the latest post. Our plan is to have some workshops we have had in the past. i want to do breakout sessions where attendees can choose which one interests them the mosts. As i have attended a couple of these in the past i will be contacting folks that are coming and seeking their assistance in areas they have shown expertise in the past to help with workshops. Just remember this event is not hosted by a booster or fan club but by a group of individuals from the Cyclones Fan Club and the Reading Royals Booster Club that are working together. I take full personal responsibility for any deficiencies you encounter at this event as I took it upon myself to have it. The other folks helping are doing so out of the goodness of their hearts and without them stepping up I am sure this event would be a train wreck. All that being said any help of any kind that anyone offers would be greatly appreciated. i just want to go on record and say the help the Cyclones ladies have given has been unbelievable. I honestly believe this will be a very worthwhile event to attend and I am so looking forward to seeing all of you in a few months. Just wanted to thank the Florida Everblades for their donation to this year’s event. i received it today and it was most generous. You guys are truly a class act. Looking forward to seeing all of you soon.
First I want to thank the South Carolina Stingrays club for their generous donation.. We went to the hotel today and have most of the details worked out. All the meeting rooms are secured as well. The rate for the hotel has been extended to include Thursday night as well for those arriving early. I am setting up the agenda and plan to have it finalized soon. Things are coming together nicely. Hope to see a lot of my old friends soon as well as being able to meet newcomers.
